Port Authority of Quintana Roo contracted ADELTE to design and construct two PEGASUS PBBs to facilitate ferry passengers ease of access via the second floor of a new Ferry Terminal, located downtown San Miguel de Cozumel, next to the Punta Langosta Cruise Ship Pier.
The PBBs of the PEGASUS range consist of a short tunnel section and a sophisticated cabin and docking ramp. The PBBs have an electromechanical elevation system and are able to move on rails along the whole pier.
