About the project

Roma Cruise Terminal (RCT) inaugurated last May their first Cruise Terminal building in the port of Civitavecchia. The terminal is named after the Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci and is designed to meet the requirements of the largest new generation cruise ships. RCT, jointly owned by Costa, MSC and Royal Caribbean Cruises, contracted ADELTE in 2017 to deliver two HYDRA Seaport Passenger Boarding Bridges (SPBBs) which are connected to an open and roofed elevated walkway leading to the glamorous terminal building. The first unit was delivered before the inauguration and the second unit is due for delivery later this year.
