As our environmental management certificate ISO 14001 establishes, ADELTE Group\u2019s companies are proposing objectives to help the minimization of this impact and they are concluding with quantifiable results.<\/p>\n
We are therefore pleased to inform you that with our commitment and that of all our customers, suppliers and workers, we have achieved the goal of reducing paper consumption by 35.65%<\/strong> by 2017 compared to the previous year, which means 570 kg less paper and approximately 28 trees saved from felling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Water consumption has also been reduced by 7.10%<\/strong>, i.e. 3,448 litres less, the same amount of water that can be invested in irrigating around 60 trees or in feeding 2298 people in one day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The consumption of ink toner has also decreased by 44%<\/strong> and consequently of the pollutants that this entails, such as polystyrene monomer, harmful to the skin and respiratory and ocular mucous membranes.
