THE PROJECT

In September 2000, Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 – within the framework drawn up for the equipment of six Argentine airports – awarded us the contract for the supply of nine Apron Drive glass sided passenger boarding bridges, in two increasing body sections, and pre-passenger boarding bridges for the airport of Aeroparque Jorge Newbery in Buenos Aires.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The first delivery has been carried out for four units of the model PBB-146/230-2CG. These have a minimum docking height of 1.6 meters, and their interior is equipped with Altro floor covering, PL type fluorescent lighting and stainless steel guide tracks in the corners. The passenger boarding bridges are complemented with a reinforced concrete foundation anchoring system, and the lifting and traction mechanism activation system is electrical.
